About us

Games People is on a mission to answer one of the most pressing needs of our clients—a shortage of people from diverse backgrounds and, in particular, a shortage of women in development.

A lot of technology companies have this problem and we’re ready to help. We’re a passionate team of four women—seasoned veterans in games search and selection—offering a unique service.

The team will search for women and present a shortlist of top women candidates for your vacancy whether it be in art, programming, design, production or in sales and marketing. So, if you would like to know more or retain our services, please contact natalie@datascope.co.uk.

  3. Long-term partnerships built on trust: We create and nurture lasting relationships which open communication channels unavailable to most people.
  4. A dedicated team focussing on your needs, and only your needs.

The benefits go beyond just filling roles:

  1. Unlock groundbreaking innovation: When diverse perspectives come together, the results are electrifying. Inject fresh ideas and experiences into your development.
  2. Retain your top talent: By prioritising diversity, you’ll attract and retain the brightest minds and most sought-after skills, boosting your employer brand and building a workforce that reflects the world around you.
  3. Make better products: A diverse workforce not only makes life interesting, but it is crucial for the overall success of the games your industry. For example in games—the 2022 Ofcom report reveals that women make up 47% of the population playing games (and 56% on mobile devices). Clearly it makes sense to employ more women in making the games they want to play.
